Our Story
Our journey in the short-term rental industry began over 14 years ago while we were university students renting out our apartment in Montreal, Quebec. At the time, Airbnb was just beginning to gain traction — and we were fortunate to be part of the early wave of hosts discovering its potential.
What started as a simple way to share our space quickly grew into a long-term passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences. Over the years, we refined our approach, learning what truly makes a property stand out and perform in an increasingly competitive market.
The Citizen North Chapter
We went on to build Citizen North — a full-service production company specializing in high-end visual production for luxury hotels and global hospitality brands. Through this work, we led interior design projects, developed large-scale marketing campaigns, and created premium visual content for some of the most recognized names in the industry.
That experience gave us something most property managers simply don't have: a deep understanding of what separates a forgettable stay from a truly standout brand.
